Since you don't have a sign up thingy, I thought I'd just post my bio like this, but you can delete it if you want, I suppose.
Name: Saelli
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Magic: elven
Type of creature/Realm: half human, half elf
Appearance: Saelli as long black hair and a delicate nose She has fair skin and slightly pointed ears. There is a sadness in her electric blue eyes that comes frm some torment long ago......
Personality: Saelli is kind, but wary of everyone, especially humans. There are few she trusts, although she knows things about many people. She has amazingly acute senses for a human, which is what she thinks she is. She is very observant and remembers almost everything she sees. Always loyal to any cause she decides to participate in, Saelli would never harm anyone weaker than herself, unless she desprately needed to.
History: Saelli has a rebel elf for a father, who left as soon as he realized he had concieved her. Her mother was a slave and tried to protect her daughter, but to no avail. Saelli was sold away from her mother at the age of four, and has very few memories of any family. She is used to surviving on her own and protecting herself, and has learned more than a few tricks over the years. Her innocence died at the age of five, when she was whipped and beaten for the first of many times. This kindled the rebel in her heart, and led her to escape at the age of 12. Saelli wanders now, posing as a minstrel, where she sees many things that she will never, ever, forget.
Other: she's part of a plot I'm making......
IC: Saelli brought out her lyre, running her hand gently over the strings. She plucked a few, lost almost immediately in the beauty of the music. The song she played was one of sadness and joy, love and hate. She didn't know how well she play, didn't notice the awed looks of those passing by. She was only concious of the music and what it meant to her. It was the thing that kept her from loosing herself as so many would have done, after seeing the things she'd seen in her sixteen years of life. Somehow, she felt so much older.....
